Huisman grew up in Amstelveen and has been acting since he was a child. More recently, he is most known internationally for his role in Game of Thrones as Daario Naharis. Game of Thrones was nominated for several awards and was victorious in the Stunt Team award. Huisman looked dapper on the red carpet wearing a Baume & Mercier timepiece.
