IW459304 is crafted in 18 carat red gold. The 36mm case is pave set with diamonds on the bezel, sides, and lugs. One might remember that IWC already made a Da Vinci with a diamond bezel, but the 150th Anniversary edition features 2.2 carats, returning to their old tradition from the '80s and '90s of creating functional jewelry: an ornate timepiece for her.     This watch features a bright white lacquered dial with printed black Arabic numerals. There is a moon phase function located at 12 o'clock. The thin hour, minute and second hands are  made of blue steel. The watch fits comfortably on the wrist, and is delivered on a black alligator Santoni strap. The watch is powered by the calibre 35800, a self winding movement with a 42 hour power reserve.
