NOMOS invited us to visit them at their design headquarters in Berlin. Our first steps in the vibrant city of Berlin were right outside the Brandenburg Gate, where we had a photoshoot to model the watches in their natural habitat.     Dale is pictured here wearing his personal Club 701, a model he is rarely seen without (You can read his 'Now It's Mine article here). The Club is a favorite among almost all NOMOS lovers. The 36mm stainless steel watch features Arabic numerals and a silver-plated dial. The Club features a pop of orange at every five minute marker. The 701 is powered by the hand-wound Alpha movement and has a stainless steel caseback. It is delivered on a brown leather strap, although here Dale is wearing his 701 on a vintage steel bracelet. We are hoping that NOMOS will produce their own steel bracelet sometime in the near future!     Getting set up on location at the Brandenburg Gate.     A glimpse of before and after with Ace Photo Studio. For these pictures, we really wanted to capture the watches in their natural habitat. I am wearing the Tetra Nachtijall ref. 490, a watch I always thought was stunning. While a square watch may not be someone's first 'real' watch, it is definitely a nice addition to have in one's collection.     The Tetra Nachtijall is 29.5mm across, which makes it a good size for both a man and a woman, especially if you consider the diagonal diameter of this model is nearly 42mm.  The Tetra has a vivid purple (or blue, depending on your eyes =) dial with golden Arabic numerals and index. The 490 is powered by NOMOS' own in-house Alpha movement, a hand-wound calibre with a 42 hour power reserve. The Tetra Nachitjall is delivered on a grey velour strap with a pin buckle.
